Terms and Conditions for Wayfarer’s Path

Please read these terms and conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the services provided by Wayfarer’s Path. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services:

Wayfarer’s Path offers spiritual direction sessions and monthly mentoring subscription services, primarily conducted remotely via video conferencing, phone calls, or other electronic means.

2. Payment and Subscription:

  • Payment: Payment for one-on-one sessions and monthly mentoring subscription services is due at the time of booking or subscription renewal.

  • Subscription: By subscribing to our monthly mentoring service, you agree to recurring payments until cancellation.

3. Scheduling and Cancellation:

  • Scheduling: Appointments for one-on-one sessions can be scheduled through our website or by contacting us directly.

  • Cancellation: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment to avoid cancellation fees. Cancellation fee is $50 per session.

4. Confidentiality:

  • Confidentiality: All information shared during spiritual direction sessions is strictly confidential unless disclosure is required by law.

  • Consent to Recording: By participating in remote sessions, you consent to the recording of the session for quality assurance and training purposes.

5. Code of Conduct:

  • Respectful Communication: Participants are expected to engage in respectful and courteous communication during sessions.

  • Professional Boundaries: Practitioners will maintain professional boundaries and avoid dual relationships with clients.

6. Intellectual Property:

  • Ownership: All materials and content provided as part of our services are the intellectual property of Wayfarer’s Path and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability:

  • Disclaimer: Wayfarer’s Path is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to emotional distress or loss of income.

8. Termination:

  • Termination: We reserve the right to terminate services or subscriptions for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms or inappropriate conduct.

9. Governing Law:

  • Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dekalb County, Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms:

  • Modifications: Wayfarer’s Path reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
